    Prenatal Yoga at The Wellness Space

    Every wednesday @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

    A gentle, supportive prenatal yoga class designed to help expecting mothers build strength, ease tension, and connect with their changing bodies. Guided by Gabriela Anachuri, RYT 200, this class offers mindful movement and breathwork to support pregnancy wellness and prepare for birth.

    Minimum 12 weeks’ gestation required to participate.
