    WORKSHOP: Feel Something - A Multi-Sensory Meditation with URTHY at The Wellness Space

    Saturday, January 31st @ 5:00PM - 6:00PM

    In collaboration with URTHY, The Wellness Space presents Feel Something — a multi-sensory meditation for National Feel Something Day. Participants are invited to gently turn toward sensation, breath, and emotional awareness, supported by intentional scent therapy to deepen presence. No experience needed, only curiosity and a willingness to feel.
