This workshop is a combination of lecture, discussion and hands on experience. Practice time includes scanning others as well as giving and receiving healing energy.

Reiki I & II combined offers a deeper look at your personal connection with your own energy—how to ground yourself and use it to support every aspect of your life. We’ll also cover the definition and history of Reiki and techniques for self-healing.

You’ll receive an attunement during class and learn the Reiki symbols and their application in a session. We’ll go over the different hand positions for giving a complete Reiki treatment, as well as distant healing.
