The Green

 

The Green is the town center located closest to the northern villages of Lakewood Ranch, and is part of the CORE mixed-use project

The Green is a 37-acre development featuring more than two dozen businesses within 150,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant spaces. Anchor tenants include Earth Fare specialty grocer and LA Fitness.

Waterside Place

 

Waterside Place, opening in 2020, will be a regional waterfront destination located within the village of Waterside.

The center will include apartments, restaurants, retail shops, offices and the Players Centre for Performing Arts, all connected to the residential neighborhoods by trails, parks and water taxi.

Lorraine Corners

Located at Lorraine Road and State Road 70, Lorraine Corners is home to casual dining, much-needed services and more. Lorraine Corners features a Walgreens, Dunkin' Donuts, dentist, dry cleaner, gas stations and salon. Plans are underway for a future Publix, as well as additional dining and retail.

Market Square

Just off University Parkway and Market Street, Market Square is anchored by Publix and surrounded by locally-owned and national chain restaurants like Chilis and First Watch, and neighborhood serving retail, including a travel agency, jeweler, dry cleaner, florist, nail salon, UPS store and more!

Gateway North

Gateway North is located on the northern boundary of Lakewood Ranch, near State Road 64 and Lakewood Ranch Blvd. Anchored by Publix and featuring a variety of personal services, specialty shops and dining options, Gateway North is home to several banks, quick-service and casual dining establishments, a gas station, hair salon, dentist, UPS Store and more!
