The Green is the town center located closest to the northern villages of Lakewood Ranch. The Green is a 37- acre development featuring more than two dozen businesses, restaurants and apartment residences.
Waterside Place is a regional waterfront destination located in the Sarasota County village of Waterside. The town center includes apartments, restaurants, retail shops, and offices. Waterside Place has a fully-programmed events calendar which includes the weekly Sunday Farmers’ Market, Ranch Nite Wednesdays, live music and cornhole tournaments. Each residential neighborhood in Waterside will connect to Waterside Place by trails or water taxi when complete.
