    Unlearning Diet Culture at The Wellness Space

    This is an immersive workshop designed to help you step out of cycles of restriction, guilt, and starting over, so you can reconnect with your body in a softer, more sustainable way. Through guided reflection, nervous system regulation, gentle education, and a hands on healing exercise, you’ll explore how diet culture shapes body image, food rules, and self-trust, so you can begin releasing what no longer serves you. This is not a lecture or a meal plan workshop. It’s a calming, supportive space to rebuild safety around food, shift from control to trust, and remember that your body is a place to live, not a problem to solve. You will leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more at home within themselves.
