The Nourished Girls Club is a Sarasota-based wellness community for girls in grades 3–7, built on the belief that every girl deserves a shame-free, supportive space to grow up in. NGC programming covers body confidence, puberty education, emotional wellbeing, and nourishing habits — always warm, always age-appropriate, always empowering.

This is the first event to kickoff The Nourished Girls Club at The Wellness Space. There will be two Wednesday meetings per month following this and one monthly Saturday event. The price is per mother daughter pair.
