Hosted by Kayla Fite, founder of Habits You Love, this community-driven workout experience is designed to help women move their bodies, build confidence, and create genuine connection in a supportive, uplifting environment. Through energizing fitness, meaningful conversation, and authentic community, women leave feeling stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.
