    Focused Tai Chi and Qigong

    Every tuesday @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am

    Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient Chinese exercises that combine slow relaxed movements with a calm mental state. These slow gentle non impact exercises have a calming effect on the mind and body promoting better health and wellbeing. Although originally a martial art it is practiced primarily as a moving meditation that helps improve balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. This class is designed for 55+ but anyone over 18 can attend!

    This is a 6-week session that runs every Tuesday from 1/28-3/4.
