    Intermediate Mat Pilates Class

    Every thursday @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

    Pilates training is a system of knowledge and exercises for anyone interested in improving core strength, flexibility, mobility, muscle balance, physical endurance, posture, effective breathing, and body awareness.

    This donation-based mat pilates class is designed for participants who have previous Pilates or other fitness training.

    It is recommended that individuals bring 1-2 mats (as we will be lying and sitting on the ground) and comfortable and loose clothing. Optional equipment: Yoga blocks (for comfort while sitting), yoga socks, and an exercise band.
