    Pilates training is a system of knowledge and exercises for anyone interested in improving core strength, flexibility, mobility, muscle balance, physical endurance, posture, effective breathing, and body awareness.

    This donation-based mat pilates class is designed for any age and fitness level, but does require participants to have the ability to move on and off the floor.

    It is recommended that individuals bring 1-2 mats (as we will be lying and sitting on the ground) and comfortable and loose clothing. Optional equipment: Yoga blocks (for comfort while sitting), yoga socks, and an exercise band.
