    This 10-hour certification offers foundational training in instinctive, embodied meditation practices. Drawing on scientific research and evidence-based teachings, participants will gain an appreciation of the practice of meditation and the tools to create a sustainable personal practice. Sessions blend experiential learning, discourse and integration techniques to build confidence and clarity.
