Come walk with us!

Join us every Thursday morning starting 11/5/26 for the Rooted & Free Walking Club…an easy, casual walk around Main Street created as a way for women in our community to connect, move and spend a little time together.

No pressure, no pace to keep up with and no experience needed. Just come as you are, bring a friend, put your little ones in a stroller if you need to, and enjoy some fresh air and good conversation with other women in the Rooted & Free community!

We’ll meet at Rooted & Free at 9 AM, walk together along a route around Main Street and the surrounding area.
