Learn the art of sourdough baking at this hands-on Sourdough Making Class hosted by Bode Bread Co. at Carved Crafted Sandwiches in Waterside at Lakewood Ranch!

During this interactive two-hour workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of mixing, stretching, folding, shaping, and scoring sourdough, as well as how to feed and maintain an active starter. Along the way, you’ll enjoy sourdough light bites and expert tips to help you bake confidently at home.

Each attendee will leave with an active sourdough starter, a mini loaf baked during class, dough to bake at home, a printed recipe and instruction guide, samples of sourdough flavors, and a coupon for a free sandwich at Carved Crafted Sandwiches on a future visit.

Space is limited to just 16 participants, creating a personalized and engaging experience. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during the class.
