Lakewood Ranch Main Street offers stylish boutiques and international restaurants and outdoor cafes, the Lakewood Ranch Cinemas and other creative entertainment opportunities. Main Street combines elements of the ideal town center. The open-air environment provides a unique place for strolling and shopping, special events, and concerts and festivals throughout the year.
The Green is the town center located closest to the northern villages of Lakewood Ranch. The Green is a 37- acre development featuring more than two dozen businesses, restaurants and apartment residences.
Waterside Place is a regional waterfront destination located in the Sarasota County village of Waterside. The town center includes apartments, restaurants, retail shops, and offices. Waterside Place has a fully-programmed events calendar which includes the weekly Sunday Farmers’ Market, Ranch Nite Wednesdays and live music. Each residential neighborhood in Waterside will connect to Waterside Place by trails or water taxi when complete.
Neighborhood Services (you know, all the things you need for daily life) can be found in neighborhood plazas conveniently located throughout Lakewood Ranch. Six are anchored by Publix Super Markets, so it’s never a big deal to pop in for groceries, treat yourself to a mani/pedi, or pick up the dry cleaning.
Center Point at Waterside is a 50-acre mixed-use development located at the intersection of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard and University Parkway.
Crowder Plaza is a retail shopping center featuring a hardware store, fishing store, restaurant, brewery and other services.
Gateway North is located on the northern boundary of Lakewood Ranch, near State Road 64 and Lakewood Ranch Blvd. Anchored by Publix and featuring a variety of personal services, specialty shops and dining options, Gateway North is home to several banks, quick-service and casual dining establishments, a gas station, hair salon, dentist, UPS Store and more!
Tucked off of University Parkway, Lake Osprey Plaza features several retail stores, services and a seafood restaurant.

Shoppes at Business Park is a small retail center off of Lakewood Ranch Blvd. Home to a real estate office, services and Skyline Chili.

University Corners is located at the intersection of University Parkway and Lorraine Road. It is anchored by a Publix and an Aldi with a Starbucks, CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts, hair and nail salons, Libby’s Café + Bar and Chase Bank.
White Eagle Shopping Center is located between Pope Road and White Eagle Blvd., along SR 64. Anchoring the retail center is a new Publix, with additional businesses opening soon.
