Waterside Park
Explore this 8-acre island community park on Kingfisher Lake, loaded with amenities. Stay active at the volleyball courts or exercise pods. Cool off at the splash park or feel the breeze in a hammock. Waterside Park has a playground, an event lawn, and will bring visitors to Waterside Place Town Center by a footbridge.
Summerfield Community Park

James L. Patton Park
Looking to connect with water? This park is designed around Lake Patton. Take in the surroundings from the interwoven trails, or launch your canoe for a ride.
Heron’s Nest Nature Park
Reconnect with nature in the 110-acre retreat. Meander the pristine trails or fish and boat on the sparkling lakes, 12-acre Heron Lake, and 27-acre Summerfield Lake. Bird-watchers will particularly enjoy this beautiful habitat.
Greenbrook Adventure Park

Located behind the Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club Athletic Center, The Country Club community park is a great location for a family outing, featuring a basketball court, pickleball court, pavilion and tot lot.
Braden River Nature Park
Located near the intersection of Hidden River Trail and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, this park offers an unpaved loop that cruises around Trophy Lake, where fisherman can throw a line for bass, through the forest and around Otter Lake, another nice venue for catch and release.
Bob Gardner Community Park
This mile-long community park features fun activities for all nestled between wetland preserves and conservation areas. At this park you can find walking paths and soft trails, sports courts, a frisbee golf course, recreation pavilions, a gravity rail for kids, and dog parks.
