Waterside – LakeHouse Cove

Waterside is Lakewood Ranch’s first village in Sarasota. At Waterside, life happens around seven pristine lakes with 20 miles of shoreline, acres of nature preserve and a dynamic lakefront town center. LakeHouse Cove is one of several neighborhoods planned for Waterside. Recreation is never far from reach for LakeHouse Cove residents with event programming by a lifestyle director, a state-of-the-art community center, fitness center and resort-style pool. A kayak launch and storage is available for residents, as well as a dog park, a playground, bocce ball and pickleball courts.
