Pulte announces EverCreek, a 464-acre residential retreat in Lakewood Ranch defined by natural landscapes and lakeside living

LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (June 10, 2026) – PulteGroup has closed on a 464-acre site for EverCreek, a new Pulte Homes-branded community in southeastern Lakewood Ranch. Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s most recognized and trusted homebuilders for 70 years, will offer 1,000 homes, including 850 single-family homes and 150 townhomes.
