    Signature Self Myofasical Release Series: REset & REstore

    Saturday, July 26th @ 1:00PM - 2:30PM

    REset & REstore is a three-part series of 90 min workshop style classes that incorporate: education about the myofascial system, breath-work, gentle yoga postures, and self-myofascial releases with the Rad Roller therapeutic balls.

    Each class has a distinct theme and body region focus designed to reset and restore your body, mind and spirit, one system at a time.

    1: Saturday, June 28th, Digestive system and lower body: learn about your gut biome, nourishment vs. nutrition, and self-myofascial releases of the lower body to stimulate digestion and elimination

    2: Saturday, July 26th, Lymphatic system and upper body: understand the lymphatic system and how self-myofascial release can stimulate the flow of stagnant fluids and energy throughout the body

    3: Saturday, August 30th, Nervous system and full body: you may have heard the following phrases: “the issues are in the tissues” or “the body keeps the score”, in this session we will be focusing on nervous system downregulation (reducing stress) with a somatic informed practice for the entire body.

    All props including mats, blankets, and Rad Roller balls will be provided
