    With 1,185 new home sales through June, the community saw only a modest 4% dip year-over-year—far outperforming the nearly 7% average decline among the broader new home market and the nation’s top 50 master-planned communities.

The buyer profile remains broad, with 42% move-up buyers, 29% entry-level, 22% active adults, and 7% in the luxury segment—reinforcing Lakewood Ranch’s appeal across life stages and price ranges.
